We agree that we will not use, sell, rent, or loan such confidential information for any purpose other than the performance of the duties of our association with your company/organization. We further agree to keep strictly confidential and hold in trust all confidential information and not disclose or reveal such information to any third party without the expressed prior consent of your company/organization. Upon termination of our relationship, Horizon BDCC, LLC. will immediately return to your company/organization all samples or materials constituting or containing confidential information, and we will not thereafter, for any purpose use, sell, rent, or loan such information, disclose or make available to any third party.
For any purpose of this Statement of Confidentiality, “Confidential Information” shall be defined as any and all of your company/organization samples, systems, specifications, designs, documents or other materials, including but not limited to policy and procedure manuals, financial, operational information, client lists and directories, development and expansion plans, proposals, business plans, status reports, surveys, and studies conducted by or on behalf of your company/organization.
